MY STORY

Nalee has called the Twin Cities her home for the last 24 years. She started her real estate journey in 2017 to join forces with her husband Johnny Lee who has been a licensed realtor since the early 2000's. Together they have developed a flourishing career and reputation in the real estate community and in title. Since then, Nalee has led a top 10 team for multiple years and has closed a total of over $50M+ in residential sales.

Nalee is not your average realtor, she goes above and beyond the basic efforts to helping her clients buy and sell a home. She truly values building a relationship and understanding with each of her clients and their unique circumstances. She runs a real estate advocate team of 7, is a team leader, coach, mother, wife, adventurer, healer, community advocate, and real estate investor of multiple rental properties. She has 12 years of experience in complex negotiations as a Senior Litigations Paralegal with a B.A. in Legal Studies from Hamline University. With her negotiation skills, honorable work ethics, strong client relations, and in-depth knowledge about real estate she can help guide her clients to find the right cash flowing rehab property to a flawless home. She specializes in selling, buying, building and investing in both residential and commercial properties. She works alongside with credible professionals such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, title companies and contractors to ensure that her clients have a smooth and positive experience from start to close.
